​Sew and Sits, Quilt classes and retreats

How to host a Sit and Sew? Find a place with great lighting, capacity for plugging in multiple outlets, tables and invite members. If there is a charge for the room or place, we recommend letting members know and splitting the cost.

 Monday September 30th-Sit and Sew hosted by Julie Anderson at the Sedro Woolley library. From 10-6. Bring whatever is needed to work on your project, your lunch and beverage. There is no microwave. Request to make a quilt-
 An old acquaintance just inquired about hiring someone to make a t-shirt quilt for their organization's retreat called Spiritual Connection held at Cornet Bay in September. It's for Narcotics Anonymous and apparently, they had a member make these commemorative quilts from past event t-shirts the last 10 years but she's retired from doing that. They will pay someone and give them the shirts they need to use. The person can be reached by calling Sonda at 360-941-9550 or email [email protected]. 

Interesting Classes & Events

Hi Everyone!

Just wanted to let you know we are having a Krista Moser class at Wooley Fiber Quilters.
Here are the details:

Friday, October 11 at 6 pm will be a trunk show entitled "Diamonds are a Quilter's Best Friend"
Saturday, October 12 will be the class with Krista. You can do either "Tully the Turtle" or "Biggy the Bee"
Sunday, October 13 will be open sewing until you want to go home.

As usual, set up time will be 3 pm on Friday. That will give you 3 hours to set up and get settled before we start the trunk show!

I have attached the registration form and the supply lists. Let me know if you have any questions.
